Aviation in Australia
For many years Australia has been one of the worlds leading Aviation countries with the Australian CPL highly regarded around the world and recognised by the ICAO. Many airline pilots flying for major airlines around the world started their career by obtaining their Australian CPL.
AWA currently offers overseas students a Diploma of Aviation which encompasses the CASA CPL & Command Multi-IR, or an Australian Commercial Pilot Licence (CPL). Our syllabus is specifically tailored to "placing the student in the right hand seat of a commercial multi crew transport aircraft". We achieve this by incorporating a significantly higher amount of practical IFR into the CPL syllabus. Take a Look at our Courses for more information.
Some of the most modern Air Traffic Control systems have been implemented in Australia. This provides ideal training conditions as the skies are not yet crowded, disrupting training with high traffic conditions.

Australian Wings Academy provides students with access to a large fleet of aircraft enabling students to get through the course in the shortest possible time with no shortage of flying instructors. Australia has no limits to the numbers of students to pass exams and no quotas to the numbers of licences issued.
Now more than ever studying for your CPL in Australia, Australian Wings Academy's course fees compare very favorably with studying in the United States or elsewhere.
